Mango Pannacotta

It's time to share my new favorite dessert with you: Mango pannacotta! If you follow me on Instagram ( @jasminkolu ) or Snapchat, you probably know that I love to make food and desserts with my sister. My friends always praise our beautiful and delicious creations because we always make them with love. Summer is coming which is why I wanted to present this beautiful pannacotta. I promise that you will fall in love with this italian dessert!

Ingredients ( 5 portions):
  • 1 tin can of mango slices
  • 2dl mango or orange juice
  • 5 gelatine leaves
  • 2dl whipping cream
  • 1/2dl brown sugar
  • 1/2dl vanillla sugar
  • 1 can (200g) vanilla curd
  • Raspberries
  • Chocolate

Mash mango slices in blender so that it is smooth and so that there isn't any lumps. Mix mango mash and orange -/ mango juice together in a dish so that you will have it together about 3,5 decilitre. Put 3 gelatine leaves into a cold water for a moment. Then boil water in electric kettle and after it has boiled put 3 tablespoons of it to a small cup and squeeze water out of gelative leaves and put them in the cup and mix so it is nice and smooth. You will need something like for example muffin casserole so you can put yours cups horizontal position and put them on the fridge for 2 hours.

Now we are going to do pannacotta and the first thing is to put 2 gelatine leaves into a cold water. Then combine whipping cream, milk and brown sugar in pot and parboil it. Draw water out of gelatine leaves and put them in the pot so that they can melt and mix it. Then let it cool for 3 minutes and add vanilla sugar and vanilla curd. Then pour it to glasses from the fridge and let it cool in the fridge for 4 hours. When they have set, you can add for example chocolate and raspberries on top!

I hope you enjoy this beautiful dessert and I would love to hear if you try this and what did you like? What is your favorite dessert to make or eat?
